Withdrawal

For withdrawal on academic and disciplinary grounds, following policy is in vogue:

(i) Failing in annual examination.

(ii) Failing in two successive term end examinations.

(iii) Not showing satisfactory progress in studies.


(i)        For immoral conduct.
(ii)       Absence without leave.
(iii)       Irregularity in attendance of formal activities e.g. class, games etc.
(iv)      Being undesirable and of bad influence (smoking, stealing, quarrelling, use of abusive language, dishonesty and reluctance to obey the rules and regulations of MCSK are some of the instances) may render a student to be withdrawn.
(v)       Adopting unfair means in examination.
(vi)      False information in the application form or elsewhere.
(vii)      Insolence towards teachers, staffs or any employee of MCSK.
(viii)     Obtaining three warnings on any ground.

i. Own Request: Parents/Guardians may withdraw their sons/wards at their own request. In such case, compensation to be paid to the college as per the rates laid down by the school authority.
ii. Medical Grounds: Students may be discharged from the school in case they are found medically unfit.
